How do you calculate your quotes?
We give clear, flat-rate quotes based on your home size, the distance, and any add-ons like packing or storage — not a vague hourly guess. Once we understand your move, the price we quote is the price you pay, with no hidden fuel or stair fees.
How far in advance should I book?
For weekends and month-ends we recommend booking 2–3 weeks ahead, but we regularly handle short-notice and same-week moves. Reach out and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Nova is fully licensed and carries insurance on every move, so your belongings are protected from the moment we load to the moment we unload.
What areas do you serve?
We're based in Montreal and serve the Greater Montreal Area, including Laval, Longueuil, Brossard, the West Island and the South Shore. Moving further? We also handle long-distance and cross-country moves.
Do you provide packing materials?
We do. We can pack your entire home with quality boxes and materials, drop off supplies ahead of time for a DIY pack, or do a mix of both — whatever suits you.
